Okay, I think we got this straightened out...

I finally got an appointment with my counselor, so that I could actually talk to someone face-to-face and get all this figured out.

She wouldn't listen to me at first. She kept asking me what I was taking right now (nothing), and when I would mention the classes I'm already registered for she kept telling me I was already taking those (like as in taking them this semester), but finally she listened to me. I went from 6 credit hours to 13! Full-time is 12, so I'm going to be taking over full-time, and I'm still going to need to take one course in the summer or else I'll be taking two sciences at once. But I am just happy that it is all straightened out. I feel so relieved now.

I will be taking American Liturature (with my friend Ashley), Precal, and Weight Training (bleh) on Monday and Wednesday. I'll be there from 8 am to 12:30 pm. The Weight Training is only half a semester though, so after that I'll only be there from 8 am to 11 am.
Then, on Tuesday and Thursday I am going to be taking two Education classes. They are prerequisites to the actual Education program. I will be there from 9:25 am to 12:15 pm on those days.

The only thing I am worried about now is that I know I don't have enough milk stored for Brentley, and it breaks my heart. I am doing good with breastfeeding, so I really didn't want him to ever have to have any formula, but I just don't think I am going to be able to do that now. He would need about 20 ounces a week for 4 months. There is just no way :( I'm going to do my best though! And I definitely am not giving up. I will still breastfeed him while I am home and give him every drop of pumped milk I can. And I plan on talking to the nurse and seeing if it is possible for me to pump between classes that way I won't become engorged, won't lose my supply, and will have more milk to give him.

I'm fixing to do a post about Grace's birthday. I will do a post about halloween and a picture post from Grace's party soon. I still have to get all the pictures together. I realize I missed Tasty Tuesday this week, but I promise it will be back next week.

  2. That is all good too hear. Hopefully the classes won't keep you too busy and you get to take some fun, education classes.

I am sure you can do it. Pretty soon you will be able to add rice cereal or something. That way he won't need as much milk and you can avoid formula. Pumping in between classes should work too. Good Luck!

I hope you can get enough milk by then!! I'm so proud that you have exclusively breastfed!!! That is awesome. I am super jealous.
