Being a young mom means we met a little early, but I get to love them longer.

Stealing the old pictures idea :)

Next month, Chris and I will have been together for five years! We started dating on July 24th, 2007. It's hard to believe it has been that long!

Sorry, this one is sideways. It's one of the first pics we took together.

This is one of him and my little sister. We used to take care of her while my mom was at work because her dad wouldn't.

This one was taken at my cousin's wedding. It's my favorite picture of us :)

This is the most recent picture I have of us together. It was taken about two months ago.

Our relationship has changed in many ways throughout the years, and we have had our up and downs (and even our fallouts), but we have grown up so much in the last year or so. I wouldn't want to be with anyone else. He is my rock. I can talk to him about anything, and he doesn't judge me. He supports all of my dreams and goals. He loves me despite my faults. And most importantly, he is an amazing father to our children. I couldn't ask for anyone better :)

  1. Oh my, you guys looked so different, even Chris! How old was he in those pics?

It is crazy to think...five years. I bet you didn't think you would be living together, planning to get married, and have 2 kids with him 5 years later. Jessie and I planned to have Sam, yah, but I still didn't picture it all happening like it has. :)

  2. In first couple he was 18 (close to 19) and I was 15.

I definitely didn't see it happening this way. I didn't even figured Chris and I would stay together long because the longest relationship I had was 3 months before him, and that was an on and off relationship lol. Plus, I had my whole life planned. I was going to go away to Kennesaw State University after high school, and that plan did not include boys. But I'm happy with the way my life is now :)

  3. Wow. That is crazy. He looks so much younger. And you do too.

lol. Know the feeling. I never wanted to be a Mom really! I literally had everything I was going to do written out in detail. Guess there were different plans for both of us though.

  5. I've seen the picture of you and Chris at your cousin's wedding before.. And every time I see it for some reason it reminds me of Jack Dawson in Titanic... I don't know why, but I think the same thing every time. Lol.
