Even though the other girl bailed on us, Morgan,Christian, Grace, and I still went to lunch. We ate at Panera Bread, and it is officially my new favorite restaurant!! I ordered a regular turkey sandwich and they messed up my order and gave me a artichoke turkey panini.. It looked really good so I figured I'd try it, and it was AMAZING!! I want to go back there first chance I get. It was also nice just to be able to talk to someone who knows what it's like to be a mom.
Also, she is going through some major issues with her baby's father.. She made me so thankful for Chris. Somtimes I get annoyed with the things he does, but I now realize that he is amazing compared to some guys. He loves me and I love him, and he is such a good father. He doesn't always help me around the house as much as I like, but at least he does do some things like load the dishwasher, mop, vaccuum, help me carry things to and from the car.. according to Morgan, her baby daddy would not do any of that.
I also started thinking about how blessed we truly are.. we have increibly supportive and loving families, a happy relationship, a nice place to live, cars to drive, a beautiful and healthy little girl.. after today I have realized that I need to stop worrying about the little things in life. I need to loosen up and enjoy every moment I have in this wonderful world!
Here is our family Christmas pics!!!

I need some advice..
I'm not going to name names, so we'll call her M, but in my last post I talked about how I was supposed to go to lunch with Morgan, the babies, and a mutual friend of ours (M).. Well I got a text at midnight saying that she had to cancel because her grandmother just got put in the hospital.. That sounds reasonable enough, but this is not the first time she has cancelled on me by far. When I was pregnant she was always there in the beginning, then it came time for my baby shower. She was one of my best friends at the time, and she swore that she would be at my shower, then the day of she texted and told me that she had "just found out" she had a family reunion to go to. I thought it was a little strange that she had no knowledge of it before, but I didn't really think much of it. Then a couple months later (about two weeks before Grace was born) we had a mutual friend, named Ericka, who's mom had been battling cancer for several years, and she passed away on Oct. 22nd. They had the viewing a few days later and M swore she was going to the viewing.. I had to work and I couldn't get out of it. I felt really bad just texting or calling her, so I asked M if she would tell Ericka for me. She said she would, and then later that night I got a text from Ericka basically screaming at me, asking me where I was. I told her that M was supposed to tell her, and she told me M didn't even go! She could have at least told me she wouldn't be ale to tell her. Then I texted M to ask her why she didn't go, and she said she was too tired. Ten when we went to the funeral the next day she told Ericka that her dad was sick, so she couldn't come. She flat out lied to her!
Then a couple of weeks later I had Grace. Through my entire pregnancy she said would be one of the first visitors we had. Well we were in the hospital for 3 days and 2 nights, and not once did we see her. She knew I had Grace, but she said she would have to come visit me when we got home. I waited and waited. She didn't come to see Grace until she was 2 weeks old! This is one of my supposed best friends! And as best I can remember that is the only time she has made an effort to come see Grace. We were never great friends after that because I felt betrayed.
Fast forward to August of this years. It was the day of Morgan's son's first birthday party, and M promises she's going to be there. Then at the party I get a text from M telling me to tell Morgan that her dad is sick so she won't be able to make it... haven't we heard that excuse before??
Fast forward to Nov. for Grace's party. Again, she had promised she would be there, but this time there wasn't even an excuse. Just a no show. Don't get me wrong, I didn't expect her to actually come at this point, but it's still sad.
And now we are here. She messaged me and Morgan and asked us to go to lunch, and then backs out at the last minute with another phony family excuse..
My question is, what do I do? I am tired of putting up with her crap, but what do I do about it? Please help.

School is over, time for Christmas!!!
I just finished my last final today. Now I'm on Christmas break!! I know that I made a 97 on my U.S. History final! Yay!! Still waiting on the grades from the other three, but I think I did pretty well overall :):)
Now, I can focus on Christmas!!
I'm going to lunch tomorrow with Morgan (the one who has the baby named Christian) and one of our mutual friends who went to Kennesaw State University, and is home for the holidays. She doesn't have a baby, but she loves both of our babies. Then, Chris, Grace, and I are going to get our family Christmas pictures done!! I'm excited. I will be able to post them by Saturday, if not tomorrow night. Then, on Saturday we are going to meet my dad and brother at this place called the Gordon Lee House. It's this huge house that was there during the civil war and the used it as a hospital I think. It's a museum/bed and breakfast now, and every year for Christmas they decorate it all fancy and all the people dress up like the are from the 1800's. You get to tour the house and at the end you get hot apple cider and warm cookies. My dad used to always take me when I was a kid and I LOVED it. I want Grace to learn to love it too.
Aside from all that, I have been very busy wrapping presents! I have wrapped over 30 presents and I still have a couple more, but I went ahead and took some pics.
I made sure to wrap all of Grace's presents. These are all just for her! She has a lot. We are done shopping for her now.. we got her the IPlay Fairyland Playhouse, some Taddoodles markers, some extra Little People Noah's Ark animals (my dad is getting her the Noah's Ark for Christmas), two different packs of five small Wheel Pals, four medium Wheel Pals (wrapped together), three Christmas rubber ducks (wrapped together), a Tinkerbell cup with a snap on lid that has a straw, Toy Story, Toy Story 2, Barney's A Night Before Christmas, Barney's Halloween Party, some pink curtains, a fairytale themed wooden puzzle, and a farm themed wooden puzzle. So 20 presents all together. Plus, we have a marshmallow puff lollipop, a card, some balloons, some bubble bath, some fruit bars, and some yogurt bites for her stocking. She is going to be a happy girl on Christmas! Lol.
